Woven Restaurant (Tacoma, Washington)

Woven Seafood & Chophouse in Tacoma, Washington, is a waterfront restaurant that blends Pacific Island, Native American, and Pacific Northwest flavors, created by the Puyallup Tribe in partnership with Chef Roy Yamaguchi. Located on Ruston Way, it offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience with seasonal dishes, indigenous ingredients, and stunning views of Commencement Bay.

Hewn’s contribution includes Custom Fir Butcher Block Paneling, Interior Shou Sugi Ban Kebony Paneling in Heavy Char, Interior Cedar Paneling in a custom color, and the same custom Cedar material used as trim in the restaurant’s booths.
