Do you work with distributors?
We work direct with architects, builders and designers. We also have select channel partners throughout the US depending on the product you would like to purchase.
Can I use your Northwestern Spruce or Cedar boards as flooring?
Our Spruce and Cedar boards would not be a good material to use for flooring due to the distressing process we use, which could lead to splinters from the rough surface. Please refer to our Flooring section for available Rustic White Oak Options.
What widths can I choose from?
Standard widths vary depending on product species and category. Please refer to our individual product documentation for more information.

Are your products fire rated?

Ordering & Shipping Questions
How are your online store purchases shipped?
Samples: Most samples are sent via USPS Priority mail. Some samples are sent via USPS First Class mail, FedEx, or UPS. Rush shipping options are automatically shown at checkout when they are available.
Why haven’t I received my tracking information?
Once we’ve shipped your Hewn sample order, you will receive tracking info from our shipping partner. If you haven’t yet received any tracking information, please check your Spam/Junk folders.
Do you have a minimum order size?
In general, our minimum order size is 450 sq. feet. Pricing will vary depending on order size and individual product specifications.
Where do you ship?
Currently we can ship anywhere in the United States, and select international destinations. Please contact us for more information.
How quickly can I get my order?
Everything we produce is made-to-order, and we typically require between 4-8 weeks depending on the product category and size of the job. Lead time estimates are provided at the time of purchase.
Can I order my wood siding with a tongue & groove or shiplap profile?
Yes, we offer several standard milling options. These profiles may vary depending on wood species and product category.

Do you install floors?
We do not install floors but do have recommendations for floor installers in many areas of the United States.
